Can this tool download subtitles from every YouTube video?
No. It can only download subtitle tracks that YouTube exposes publicly for that video. If a video has no captions, or captions are not publicly reachable, no tracks will appear.
What is the difference between Manual subtitle and Auto caption?
Manual subtitles are uploaded or edited by the creator. Auto captions are generated automatically by YouTube speech recognition.

Why does a track show up but still fail to download?
That usually means YouTube exposed the track in metadata but the actual caption file was not retrievable at request time. The tool will return a direct error in that case.
